Troy Findley (born July 11, 1964 in Lawrence, Kansas) was the 48th Lieutenant Governor of Kansas. He was appointed by Governor Mark Parkinson on May 14, 2009 and took office the following day. After college he worked in the grocery, retail, and banking industry before his election to the Kansas House of Representatives in November 1994.
